Traineeships/Apprenticeships
“Traineeships/Apprenticeships” is an Australian government initiative
designed to facilitate employees/employers gain new skills or upgrade existing
to meet their needs.
It is a “FLEXIBLE” way to learn on-the-job without the need
to attend Tafe/University or committing additional resources.
For people wanting to upgrade their skills and improve their career prospects,
it is a “COST EFFECTIVE” way to learn as MOST of the costs are
met by the government. What’s more the program provides very generous
FINANCIAL INCENTIVES TO EMPLOYERS which range commencement/completion incentives
of $4,000 per trainee and applicable payroll tax and workers compensation
exemptions.
Australian Business Skills – Amstar Learning (ABS Amstar) is a registered
training organization (RTO) accredited to train and assess trainees in Business,
Finance, Hospitality, Retail, Call Centres and Transport/distribution (logistics)
leading to trainees gaining nationally recognized qualification from certificate
II to diploma level.
