RSA is a mandatory course and anyone wanting to work in any hospitality
venue in NSW which is licensed premises (where alcohol is served) needed
to successfully complete RSA training. In short, by law, all full or part-time
staff with patron contract on licensed premises such as bar staff, waiters,
concierge, door and reception staff and security personnel must have RSA
training accreditation.

Board (LAB), VETAB and Australian Hospitality Review Panel.
RCG – Responsible Conduct of Gambling – National Training

Amstar RCG course is a workshop style course fully accredited and recognized
by LAB (Liquor Administration Board) and VETAB and is mandatory for anyone
wanting to work in and around gaming venues in NSW. In short, by law,
all clubs secretaries and hoteliers as well as staff involved in gaming
related functions on licensed premises are required to complete approved
RCG course before commencing employment.
RCG course cost from $70 to $95
Amstar has been providing RSA training course for over 12 years and is

Both our RSA and RCG courses incorporate a 6 ½ hour (1 day) workshop
style course delivered by a LAB accredited hospitality trainer. Amstar
